We have gone through love languages, navigating finances, dating after "I do", relationships with in-laws, love and respect, and how to have hard conversations. This is the post that prompted me to start this Marriage Series. A few months ago, Kevin and I started reading You and Me Forever: Marriage in Light of Eternity by Francis and Lisa Chan. Through reading it together, we have learned a lot about each other and about God.
Oh the dreaded in-law conversation!! This is a touchy topic for many couples, but I think it is important topic to talk about. Everyone has a different relationship with their in-laws: some people are very close with both families, some people are close with one family and not the other, and others are not close with either side of the family.
