Mary & Nick are married!! These two have known each other for 10 years and are finally husband and wife! They tied the knot outside in beautiful September weather at Rockland Estates in Fairplay, Maryland. I just love outdoor weddings and tented receptions! Everyone danced into the night to celebrate the newlyweds.
Here is their love story!
Nick and Mary met at Salisbury University in 2005. It wasn’t until 2007 that they realized that there was something there beyond friendship. Unfortunately, at this point, the summer was approaching and Nick was finishing up his Master’s degree and heading back to the DC area and Mary was headed to San Francisco for an internship for the summer before starting her senior year at SU. They decided it was best to be friends since they both were at different points in their life. They believed that if it was meant to be, life would bring them back together again. After Mary graduated in 2008 she also moved back to the DC area, not far from where Nick lived. Throughout the next 4 years Nick and Mary kept in touch through texts, facebook, and the occasional coffee date. They each dated other people but never lost the feelings they had for each other back in college. Finally, In 2012 after a few official dates, they decided to give it a try again and realized they couldn’t be with anyone else.
