One of my best friends Keala is a featured writer on the blog today! Keala teaches group fitness at the University Recreation Center at JMU (known as UREC) and aspires to be a personal life coach.
My best friend from JMU is getting married!!! Helen and I were in many of the same design classes and also led a small group together and quickly became close. I was SO excited when Helen called me and told me she was engaged to the wonderful T Lane!
