I am sure you have heard a nickname for Baltimore is "Smalltimore" because it can feel like a very small town! You know someone who knows their sister who knows their uncle. It is crazy! Small world. The "Smalltimore" story here is that I went to high school with the Hamby family, did Young Life with a few of them, and shot Austin & Dana's wedding back in 2015!
The Lindstrom family is the sweetest!! Baby Finn was one of the happiest babies I have ever photographed. He loved the camera and smiling any chance he got! We did their family session in Patterson Park; walking around near the pond to look at the ducks before venturing to the quaint streets in the city.
Repeat clients are my favorite!! And the fact that it was one of my wonderful CrossFit friends made it even more fun. We walked around Fort McHenry on a beautiful Sunday afternoon. Aiden and Simone had a blast chasing each other around and I loved capturing their sibling love for one another. Such a beautiful family!
This is an exciting blog post! A dream of mine that I had when I started my business 5 years ago was to photograph my wedding couples and their growing families. In the fall of 2015 Mary and Nick got married at Rockland Estates and it was a wonderful celebration. And about a month ago, they added baby Payton was born! She is a sweet bundle of joy. She loves to kick, smile, and show off her beautiful eyes!
If you had told me a year ago that my best friend and I would be having babies 13 days apart I wouldn't have believed you. Claire and I have known each other since middle school and now we are raising our babies together! James Tyler Delin was born on February 26th and is a bundle of joy. He is most known for his adorable dark brown hair that keeps getting longer each week.
It has been nice to have a few months off from shooting to rest and get ready for Payton. However, I couldn't help but do a newborn shoot for my good friend Anna when her sweet baby Joy was born! Anna is also a wedding and family photographer and we have become close through our businesses and our pregnancies being so close together.
Time flies! It felt like yesterday I was taking Sadie's newborn photos and 1 year photos. Now she has a sweet little brother named Calvin! The Maple family is full of life in their new home with baby Cal. They are also big Orioles fans which meant we had to take a few pictures of Cal in an adorable baby Oriole's outfit. So cute!
I absolutely love photographing families year after year! The Ryan family is no exception. Watching Maddie grow has been a treat and she gets a little bit sweeter every year. Andrew and Dani recently moved and built a beautiful in the countryside. We did the family shoot around their property and Maddie loved running around in the high grass.
