The details of this wedding were exquisite! Garrett and Danielle got married overlooking the water with their friends and family in attendance at Brittland Estates in Chestertown, Maryland. The details were modern bohemian with a desert rose and tan color palette. Danielle had all of her closest friends dress in beautiful hues of pink, blush, and maroon dresses to see the reveal of her dress. Her sisters were the bridesmaids in light dresses to match hers.

The two of them love Taylor Swift so they got married with actual paper rings, just like Swift’s song that sings,

“I like shiny things, but I'd marry you with paper rings Uh huh, that's right Darling, you're the one I want”. It was so sweet! And of course there were lots of Taylor Swift songs that were played during the reception.

We met in May 2016 when I (Danielle) started at Octagon, straight out of college which is a sport marketing agency. Garrett and I worked on the same team. We became friends over time and began dating in August of 2017. I lived in Stamford, CT and Garrett lived in his hometown of Buchanan, NY before moving to Stamford too. Garrett proposed in Sept 2021 on the beach on in Ocean City, MD which is where my family has vacationed every year for my whole life. Both our families were there and it was a perfect day!
