I have mentioned this group of girls a few times on my blog and how much they mean to me. Having a community is ESSENTIAL, especially when you are running your own business. The six of us headed off to Rehoboth beach for a weekend of rest and relaxation. We made meals from the beach house, went out to eat, hit up the awesome outlets, and watched chick flicks. It was the CLASSIC girls weekend where you laugh cry and bond. It seems silly but these are the times that I am thankful for openness and vulnerability. I love this quote:

"Behind every successful woman is a tribe of other successful women who have her back"

Thankful for these women! My business would hands down not be where it is today without these women. Iron sharpens iron. While we were at the beach we took updated head shots for each other since most of us are photographers. It was 35 degrees on the beach but it was worth it!!
