This was a wedding for the books! Jeff and Melissa said, "I do" under a beautiful Chuppah with friends and family there to celebrate. After the ceremony, they danced the night away with a fun sparkler exit at midnight. It was a wonderful day!

Here is their love story from Melissa's perspective:

Jeff and I have been dating for over 11 years! We met right after high school through mutual friends but have both grown up and lived in the state of Maryland our whole lives. We both went to different schools all throughout our childhood but finally crossed paths one night for one of Jeff's best friend's 21st birthday parties. I had seen Jeff before and told my friends I thought he was cute and when we finally met, I made the first move (for the first time ever!) and told him flat out I thought he was cute! We then danced the night away and had our first kiss! The rest is history and we have been dating ever since!

And the proposal!

Jeff proposed this past summer while we were on vacation in Punta Cana in the Dominican Republic. It happened sort of fast but it couldn't have been more perfect! It was our 3rd night there and Jeff had arranged a private dinner outside on a cabana for just us two. After seeing how beautiful it was, I asked the waiter to take a picture of us. Before I knew it, Jeff asked me to 'hold on' and got down on one knee and asked me to marry him! I was so shocked and excited and so glad the waiter captured it all on camera! He told me later on he had a whole speech planned but just "froze" in the moment and all he could say was "will you marry me!?"
