When Christina and I worked together while we were at JMU I never thought I would get the shoot her wedding 3 years later!! It has been so much fun getting to know Christina & Durham over the past few years. Erik Annis was my second shooter and it was great having him with me throughout the day.

The wedding was in Bethesda, Maryland and the reception was at Collingwood in Virginia. Both the ceremony and reception were BEAUTIFUL and the weather was perfect. Christina was such a happy and gorgeous bride. It was so fun to photograph her all day. She looked like a princess! Durham looked pretty handsome himself.

One of Durham's groomsmen wasn't able to make it to the wedding because he was deployed a few weeks before. During the toasts, the DJ showed a surprise video that Durham's groomsmen had sent over to show at the wedding. It was so sweet because you could tell how much Durham wanted him there and how much the video meant to both him and Christina. I love moments like this at weddings!
