Meghan & Luke fell in love after walking down the aisle as MOH & Best Man at the best friends' wedding! A year later they tied the knot in Bridgewater, VA and celebrated with a beautiful barn reception at Willow Spring Farm. There were many handcrafted details that made the wedding personal to the two of them.
It was POURING when Kevin and I showed up, but as soon as Meghan put her dress on the rain stopped! God cleared the skies for these two on their wonderful day. Here is a little bit of their story from Meghan's point of view:
Luke and I met just over a year ago in Blacksburg, VA. We met literally walking down the aisle at the rehearsal for our best friends' wedding. He was the best man, and I was the maid of honor! Both Bekah and Bryan Fowler (our best friends) are in our wedding party as well. It was Luke's heart for the Lord that immediately caught my attention. Up until about two weeks ago, we've dated long distance the whole time! Spanning either the two hour drive from Harrisonburg to Blacksburg (I went to JMU), or from Peru to Indiana over Skype. We can't wait to spend the rest of our lives side by side.
It was an honor to shoot their wedding and I am so glad the rain held off! Enjoy shots from this sweet barn wedding!!
Congrats Meghan & Luke!! It was a wonderful celebration.
