Brittany & Jim are married!! They tied the knot in a place very special to them; the Outer Banks. It was a beautiful day in the backyard of a gorgeous beach house. There was a lot of emotion on their wedding day! Many happy tears from friends and family. And of course lots of smiles from the cute little flower girl Andelyn.
We walked down to the windy beach to take a few shots after the ceremony. It was gorgeous! Brittany and Jim are very sweet together and I am so happy for them! Here is a little snapshot into their story from Brittany's perspective:
"Jim and I have known of each other since we were very young but he really came into my life in high school as a great friend and almost 10 years later here we are! We're pretty simple really - we both work a lot so appreciate every minute we do get to spend with together. There is nothing more important to us in this world than our friends, family, and each other. Ultimately it just comes down to the fact that we are home to each other and always have been, and we know how lucky we are to spend our lives with the one person in this world that understands and accepts you better than you do yourself."
Brittany also made the day special by wearing her grandmother's pearls and mother's veil. I love when Bride's have heirlooms to make their wedding day extra personal.
Congratulations you two!! Enjoy these shots from the Pearce wedding in the Outer Banks!
Congratulations to Mr. and Mrs. Pearce!!
