Keith and Shauna are married! This was our last wedding of the year and it was one for the books. With big families, a cute pup in the bride & groom portraits, and crazy winds, Keith and Shauna had a wedding day to remember. They both held balloons and let go of them at the same time during their first look. It was adorable! Keith and Shauna are also big sports fans so there were lots of sports teams details at the wedding. One of Shauna's gifts to Keith was getting his jacket lined with Redskins fabric and his name inscribed over the pocket. It looked amazing! Keith gave each groomsman a set of cufflinks with their favorite sports team logo on them. At the reception, each table represented a different sports team as well. I loved all the details!
They tied the knot overlooking the water at Herrington on the Bay with their friends and family around. The winds started up just as the seven adorable kids started walking down the aisle. The poor babies were crying from the winds, but were so cute in their little outfits!
One part of their wedding that was weaved throughout different parts of the day was the story of their fathers. Both Keith & Shauna's fathers are no longer with us so they wanted to honor them on their big day. Shauna had a sweet charm tied to her bouquet with a picture of her dad that she carried down the aisle as she walked towards Keith. Two of her brothers walked her down the aisle in honor of her father as well. During the ceremony, Shauna & Keith walked down to the water and released a flower representing each of their fathers. It was beautiful. Shauna also shared her father/daughter dance with each of her brothers which was a sweet and emotional part of the day.

Keith and I met online on Plenty of Fish. Neither of us were really looking for a serious relationship, but here we are 4 years later about to get married. Ironically, the first time I brought him around my friends, he went to college with one of my friend's older brothers, small world! We have been through so much together and we can't wait to get married in November.

We were at Seven Springs for the weekend with my two best friends and their husbands, we went outside to take our dog (Dexter) out and when we walked back up on the porch, a full moon was shining down and he told Dexter to sit and then he got down on one knee right next to Dexter and popped the big question. I think Dexter was more confused as to what was going on than me!
