Brian & Emily {The Antrim 1844 in Taneytown, MD}

It was a gorgeous summer day on the afternoon that Emily and Brian tied the knot in the beautiful gardens of The Anrtim 1844. All of the white and green floral details went perfectly with their soft and romantic palette. Emily's bridesmaids hadn't seen her in her dress so that was a fun surprise! Brian and Emily then shared a sweet First Look under a tree with green vines wrapped around it. It was the perfect setting!

After portraits and bridal party pictures, Emily and her dad shared a tearful First Look as well. It was so precious to watch them share in such a sweet memory together! Brian and Emily said, "I do" with their friends and family surrounding them on the warm afternoon day. Then they danced the night away and celebrated the beginning of their new chapter as husband and wife! The two of them also wanted to take golden hour portraits and they turned out beautifully. I love when my couples give me lots of time for portraits so they have several options after their big day! It was an amazing wedding.

Here is a little bit of their love story!

Brian and I both worked at Hunt Valley Golf Club during the summer in between our sophomore and junior year of college. I was a lifeguard and he was a snack bar boy! We became fast friends and kept in touch over the fall following that summer. (He was at UD and I had just transferred to Towson) I told my mom during that summer he was the one and the rest is history!

And the proposal!

What a fun story! I have been anxiously awaiting the proposal for quite some time. Brian knew he needed to be sneaky because I am a huge snoop! Brian planned a surprise for me at my elementary school and popped the question in my principal's office! Our families were in the conference room! It was so thoughtful and sweet. Sharing the news with my second graders after we celebrated with our families was an amazing memory!

Enjoy these images from Brian and Emily's big day!

Congrats again Brian and Emily! It was a blast capturing your love and celebrating the best day of your lives with you. Want to see another romantic summer wedding? Check out Susan and Stephen's beautiful wedding at Westwood Country Club!
