I have been a part of the Nevermore CrossFit community for over four years now. Time really flies! The people I workout with have become like family and I am so thankful for them. Emily & Joe are two of those people! A few weeks ago, Joe messaged me that he was getting deployed and wanted to propose to Emily before he left. I was so excited for him and honored to document the big moment!
Chris & Katie met through mutual friends and the rest is history. They are getting married next fall at Herrington on the Bay and can't wait to celebrate! We did their engagement session at their family home in Bethany Beach with their adorable pups. I can't get enough of our couples having their fluffy babies in their engagements sessions! It was a little chilly, but the dogs did a great job holding their cute signs.
I knew when I met with these two that I was going to love working with them! They have a sweet love for one another and can't wait to tie the knot next April. We did their engagement shoot at one of their favorite spots, Swains Lock! The fall colors were in full bloom and the weather was beautiful until the rain started pouring down at the end of the session.
Chanteclaire Farm was the perfect venue for Erik and Courtney to tie the knot. It was a gorgeous fall afternoon and the leaves were a beautiful yellow. They shared personal vows with one another overlooking the lake with their friends and family around.
We had a hard time picking a name for our little baby girl. To have both Kevin and I agree + love the same name was tough!! We had tossed around a few names here and there but didn't really start the conversation until we found out we were having a girl. Then the fun began.
Jim & Taylor are married! Their wedding at the Ritz-Carlton Georgetown was glamorous and romantic. Gold details, Jimmy Choo heels, and dozens of candles at the alter. It was a beautiful ceremony and reception! These two have a sweet love for each other that was evident throughout the whole day. And Jim's speech during the reception had everyone teary-eyed over his love for Taylor!
Our couples bringing their sweet pups to their engagement shoots has become very common! We love getting to know our couples during the session and love meeting their fur babies. Finny was no exception! He was smiling for the camera all over the place. We did Mary Ellen and Tim's engagement session on the top of Federal Hill because it holds a special place in their hearts.
NIck and Clare are married! They tied the knot on the hillside of Rockland Estates in Fairplay, Maryland and then danced the night away under the string of lights. They had gorgeous long wooden tables with beautiful gold chiavari chairs filled with family and friends. Instead of place cards, they had each persons name written in calligraphy on a rock. All the details were gorgeous!
Denny and Joy tied the knot at the gorgeous venue Pond View Farm in White Hall, Maryland. Before the ceremony, they shared letters with each other without seeing each other. They were so excited to get the day started! A little while later under the shady willow trees, Denny and Joy exchanged tearful vows and beautiful promises to one another. It was a wonderful ceremony!
