Eeek!! I am so excited about these images. My talented friend Hannah Leigh Photography took our maternity photos and they are amazing! I am so thankful for our little photography network and all of the friendships that have blossomed out of meeting up together. We wanted to do a few pictures at our house with Sadie in cozy outfits before heading over to Cromwell Valley Park! It was nice to be warm for a few of the pictures.
It was a gorgeous evening in terms of light at Cromwell Valley Park but the wind was freezing!! It was worth it. Gotta love having your maternity shoot in December. We are getting more and more excited to meet baby Payton in 10 weeks (hopefully!) and are making progress on the nursery. To spare Hannah loads of work, she shot the images and I edited them. We are so thankful!

Being pregnant over this Advent season has brought a new perspective to anticipating the birth of Christ. It is crazy to think about baby Jesus growing in Mary and coming into this world as a newborn. Only a Savior who wanted to be able to relate to us and love us here on earth would come to into the world in such a vulnerable way. We praise Him for His birth, death, and resurrection and owe Him our lives for what He has done for us. Remember the gift of salvation Jesus has given you this Christmas season and the joy that comes with it!
I have said this many times, but baby Payton is nothing more than an undeserved gift from God. We are grateful and can't wait to meet her in a February! Enjoy these images from our maternity session!
