Hallie is Three! {Frozen Birthday}

Hallie is Three! {Frozen Birthday}

It is the year of Frozen in our house! Hallie and Payton are obsessed with Anna and Elsa so it was no surprise when Hallie asked for a Frozen birthday party. We wanted to do something special for her so we bought a snow machine on Amazon! Kevin made his own snow juice to save money and the kids loved it. They also built snowmen out of marshmallows and melted Anna’s frozen heart with a warm squirt bottle. We got the delicious cake from Graul’s Market and adorable cookies from Etsy. It worked out that we have so many Frozen toys and dolls around the house to use as decor! It was a wonderful party with her closest buddies.

It still doesn’t feel real that we have a third baby! There are a lot of times while we are eating dinner or when we are hanging out with the girls and Grayson is sleeping and I forget he is there. But then he makes his presence very known with his loud cry or grunting! He is such a sweet baby and nurses like a champ.

Payton is Four! {Moana Birthday}

Payton is Four! {Moana Birthday}

I can’t believe we have a four-year-old! Because of COVID we had to have a smaller party and only invite the people in our quarantine pod. Sweet Payton had three of her best buddies come to her Moana birthday to paint, run around, and eat delicious cake! She is such a precious girl and we are enjoying watching her grow each year.

Paulovkin Maternity | Grayson John {Cockeysville, MD}

It is hard to believe I am 30 weeks pregnant with baby Gray! I feel like I have been pregnant for so long but I also can’t believe he will be here soon. My sweet friend Anna and I take each other’s family photos every fall and this year just happened to also be my maternity session. The leaves were gorgeous at the Maryland Agricultural Resource Council in Cockeysville and the girls had a blast throwing the leaves!

Cap Cod Vacay {Chatham, MA}

Cap Cod Vacay {Chatham, MA}

Every year we make it a priority to take a week long beach trip in this summer with just our little family. It is always a highlight of the year! This year we went to the Cape and it was amazing. The last time we were in Cape Cod, we were shooting Jack and Katherine’s wedding at the Chequessett Yacht and Country Club. It was a blast going back for vacation to explore and show the kids around!

I can’t believe Payton is T H R E E! We had a blast celebrating her birthday at Build-A-Bear with a few of her closest friends. They each stuffed an animal and loved picking out an outfit for their new friend. The best part was each of Payton’s friends got to put a little heart inside of Payton’s bunny so they would always be with her. So sweet!

Legacy of Love | Wedding Clients Becoming Family Clients

Legacy of Love | Wedding Clients Becoming Family Clients

2019 was the year of babies! I had the opportunity to fulfill a business dream of mine to take newborn + family photos for past wedding clients. One of the goals I have for my business is to encourage and document a legacy of love. A legacy of love between the husband and wife onto their children through photography that will last for generations. These 10 families are just the beginning of this amazing legacy!

Behind the Scenes 2019

Behind the Scenes 2019

What a year! In 2019 we shot 15 weddings, 10 engagement sessions, 45 family sessions, 12 maternity sessions, and 21 newborn sessions. So many amazing clients and relationships we had the honor to capture! I love doing this behind the scenes post every year to show you all what the environment was like where the images were taken and the different ways we get our shots.

Maine Vacay 2019 {South Addison, ME}

Sometimes I blog personal posts just to have an online journal of our trips. But I know some of you like to see our fam together so that is why I am sharing! We had a blast in Maine this year, especially because it was our first time taking the girls. I grew up going to my great grandfather’s cabin in South Addison, ME since I was a little girl. And my dad went for months in the summer when he was little as well. It is also a very special place for me because it is where Kevin proposed! It was so fun to take Payton the spot where Kevin asked me to marry him 6 years ago.

Emerald Isle Vacay {Emerald Isle, NC}

Emerald Isle Vacay {Emerald Isle, NC}

What a trip! Our little family takes an annual beach trip every summer and it is always one of the highlights of my year. We like going to a different Airbnb every year to explore new places and this year we chose Emerald Isle in North Carolina. It was a long drive but completely worth it! A lot of people asked me for tips for taking babies to the beach so I wanted to share a few things that were helpful to bring and do while we were there!

Payton's Second Birthday! {Sesame Street}

Payton's Second Birthday! {Sesame Street}

I still can’t believe Payton will be TWO this week! She has a few different TV shows she likes, but recently she has loved Sesame Street. So I thought it would be fun to throw her an Elmo birthday party! Rachel and I had fun pinning lots of ideas and creating our favorites. There is nothing like using cheap materials to make something adorable! As the weeks went by and more decorations for the party were added to the kitchen table, Payton would see them and say, “Elmo birthday!” It was so cute.

Behind the Scenes 2018!

This is always such a fun post to put together! I love looking back over the year and re-living all the sweet moments at each wedding through the images. I was pregnant this entire wedding season which made things interesting! As my belly grew each month, guests loved to make comments and give advice at each wedding. It was always entertaining!

Hallie's Newborn Session

Hallie's Newborn Session

I can’t believe Hallie has been with us for almost a month now! Time is going very slow, but also quickly at the same time. Kevin had his first full week back at work last week and I feel like I am finally settling into a bit of a routine with the girls at home. I am so thankful it is the off-season so that I can spend my days bonding with Payton and Hallie!
